This Recipe was made out Vitacel Wheat Fiber (Insoluble) Sponsored by JRS Rettenmaier & the theme for the competition was Fiber based Healthy Recipe at Nutrition Awareness Activity Avinashilingam Institute of Home Science and Higher Education for Women.

 INGREDIENTS:

   Ingredients

Amount

Piranda powder

30g

Ragi flour

50g

Wheat bran

50g

Sugar

70g

Butter

70g

Fiber Powder

10g

Total Time for preparation- 1hour

Serving size- 15g

Method of Preparation: 

1. Dry the Piranda powder for 180°c for 20  minutes

2. Prepare the hot Oven for 160°c for10 minutes.

3. Then mix all ingredients for 10 minutes.

4. Give appropriate shape and size to cookies for baking.

5. Bake at 180°c for 20 minutes.

6. Then cool the cookies for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve.
