Total time for preparation: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 bars (40g/bar)
Method of Preparation:
1. To the boiling water add the meal maker (soya) and leave it to soften.
2. Grind the soft meal maker and to that add the ground paste of onion, green chillies, Ginger garlic paste.
3. To the mixture add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, fibre powder and besan flour and mix finely.
4. Make fine dough of it and make it into fingers and shallow fry in pan.
5. Serve it hot aligning with a toothpick with some sauce or green chutney.
