Vege Dosa Waffle

This Recipe was made on the theme “Creativity unlimited with Roquette’s ingredients” for the second round of the recipe contest organized jointly by PFNDAI and Roquette in January 2022.


  • Urad dal flour
  • Oats flour
  • Bajraa flour
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Red chilli powder
  • Eno powder
  • Glucidex 21
  • Chopped onion and chillies
  • Grated capsicum
  • Grated carrots


  • Add oats flour, urad dal flour, bajraa flour in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now add red chilli powder, salt to it and mix well.
  • Now add pinch of eno and Glucidex 21 powered as required.
  • After adding all the dry ingredients now add all the veges (grated carrots, grated capsicum, chopped onion, and chillies).
  • Now add water as required and mix well to make a semi-liquid batter.
  • Make sure to maintain the consistency of the batter.
  • Now brush oil on the waffle maker and add the mixture to it.
  • Now put the waffle maker on and cook the batter for 10 minutes.
  • Vege waffle dosa is ready to serve.
