This Recipe was made on the theme “Creativity unlimited with Roquette’s ingredients” for the second round of the recipe contest organized jointly by PFNDAI and Roquette in January 2022.
Method of Preparation-
- To Make the Banana Bread Oatmeal Cup base- Add 3 cups oats, 1tsp baking powder,1 tsp cinnamon,1/2 tsp salt,4 eggs beaten, 2 bananas mashed,1 cup milk,1/4 cup maple syrup,1 tsp vanilla extract combine all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- To make Coconut Blueberry Oatmeal Cups – 1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 1/4 cup dried blueberries,1 tbsp shredded coconut. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- To make walnut chocolate Oatmeal Cups -1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 2 tbsp chocolate chips and 2 tbsp crushed walnuts. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- To make Cranberry Oatmeal Cups -1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 2 tbsp dried cranberries and 1 tbsp granola. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- To make Carrot Oatmeal Cups – 1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 2 tbsp shredded carrot and 1 tbsp granola. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- To make Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Cups-1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 2 tbsp apple pieces, 1 tbsp granola, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- To make Coco Coffee Oatmeal Cups -1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 1 tbsp granola, 1 tbsp coffee, and 1 tbsp chocolate chips. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffin cups/tin.
- Banana Bread Oatmeal Cups -1/2 cup banana bread oatmeal base in a bowl along with 2 tbsp chopped banana and 1 tbsp granola. Mix together and scoop the batter into two muffins.
