Choco Cookies

This Recipe was made on the theme “Creativity unlimited with Roquette’s ingredient” for the second round of the recipe contest organized jointly by PFNDAI and Roquette in January 2022.

Ingredients-
Dry Ingredients

  • Soy flour – 30 gm
  • Oats flour- 15 gm
  • Ragi flour- 15 gm
  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder- ½ tsp
  • Glucidex 21 DE- 30 gm

Wet Ingredients

  • Coconut oil- 10 gm
  • Jaggery – 15 gm
  • Flax egg – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Cranberry- 15 gm
  • Almonds- 5-6
  • Cashew nuts- 4-5
  • Walnuts- 5-6
  • Chia seeds- 1 teaspoon
  • Pistachio powder – 2 teaspoon

Method of preparation-

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
