This Recipe was made on the theme “Creativity unlimited with Roquette’s ingredient” for the second round of the recipe contest organized jointly by PFNDAI and Roquette in January 2022.
Ingredients-
Dry Ingredients
- Soy flour – 30 gm
- Oats flour- 15 gm
- Ragi flour- 15 gm
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
- Baking powder- ½ tsp
- Glucidex 21 DE- 30 gm
Wet Ingredients
- Coconut oil- 10 gm
- Jaggery – 15 gm
- Flax egg – 1 tbsp
- Vanilla extract
Toppings
- Cranberry- 15 gm
- Almonds- 5-6
- Cashew nuts- 4-5
- Walnuts- 5-6
- Chia seeds- 1 teaspoon
- Pistachio powder – 2 teaspoon
Method of preparation-
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
