Rice Flour | 2 |
Garam masala | ½ tsp |
Turmeric | ½ tsp |
Oil | As required |
Asafoetida | A Pinch |
Gram Flour | 2tsp |
Onion | 3-4 |
Salt | As per taste |
Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
Green Chilli | 1-2 |
Fibre Powder | 2g |

Method
Clean the banana flower, wash it & chop it, Take it in a bowl add rice flour, onions, gram flour, garam masala, turmeric, chilli powder, green chillies & salt, Mix all the ingredients and make round flat tikkis, Shallow fry them in a non stick pan till golden brown & completely cooked, Serve with green coconut chutney & ketchup
