Seethaphal Phirni with Ragi spiced crumb & kesar Pista Praline by Ms Riya Gaglani & Ms Vidhi Jain from SVT College

Ingredients                           Amount
Milk 2cups
Rice flour- 1tbsp
Seethaphal Pulp 1/3 cup
Ragi flour ¼ cup
Butter 1 tbsp
Pistachios & kesar 1tsp
Cinnamon 1tsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Protein powder 1tbsp
Cardamom Powder ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tbsp
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Almonds 1tsp
Salt to taste  


Serving Size: 2 

Method:

For Seetaphal phirni- Heat milk in a pan & bring it to boil, Add rice flour, milk powder & protein powder & mix it well. Take it off heat, refrigerate & mix it with seetaphal pulp while serving.

For Ragi Spiced Crumb-Preheat the oven at 200 degree C, Melt butter & mix it with sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon powder & salt. Add the ragi flour to the mix & form a crumb consistency. Bake it in a greased tin for 15-20 mins at 180 degree C

For Kesar Pista Praline-Melt the sugar in a pan, Add kesar & heat till it is golden in color, take it off the heat, pour the melted sugar in a greased plate, and quickly add sliced pistachios & almonds on top. Let it cool & serve it in an earthen vessel, preferably
