Method of Preparation:

In a bowl add oats, curd and oil and whisk them properly. Add vanilla essence for flavouring and peanut butter and honey and whisk everything properly for smooth consistency.

Add a pinch of baking powder in the batter and whisk for a minute.

Fill the batter in a muffin mould and bake them in preheated oven for 8 mins at 180o C .

After baking cool down the muffins for 10 mins and then they are ready to serve.
