Cocoa butter | 8g |
Cocoa powder | 60g |
Sugar | 12g |
Fiber powder | 44g |
Vanilla essence | 4ml |
Almonds | 8g |
Groundnut | 8g |
Sweetened amla | 8g |
Dried Black grapes | 8g |
Preparation time: 52 mins
Serving Size: 4 bars (40g/bar)
Method of Preparation:
- Melt the cocoa butter at low flame.
- Add cocoa powder and sugar, stir them continuously.
- Then add fiber powder and whisk the contents together to avoid lump formation.
- Then pour them into the mold of desired shapes and garnish them with almonds, sweetened amla, dried black grapes and groundnut.
- Freeze it for 45 minutes and get them out of the mold.
- Serve them at room temperature.
