Method of Preparation:
- Take a bowl & add Oats, curd, semolina, salt and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Now add water and make thick batter of it.
- Now heat a pan add oil and spread batter eventually thick in size and add few drops of oil on sides. Now flip the base and add barbeque sauce and spread generously sprinkle little cheese and top with onion, capsicum and carrot add one more layer of cheese and sprinkle red chilli flakes on the top. Now allow the cheese to melt and base to be crisp.
- Cut the pizza into shape and enjoy.
