Ingredients | Amount |
Prolicious khakhras | 3 pcs |
Wheat flour | 2 tbsp |
Soya chunks | 50 grams |
Grated capsicum | 1 cup |
Grated carrot | 1 cup |
Garlic- | 2 cloves |
Green chilli | 2 pcs |
Salt | as required |
Black pepper | 1/4 tsp |
Tomato sauce | 2 tbsp |
Soya sauce | 1 tsp |
Procedure:
Grind khakhras finely and add water, oil with wheat flour to make dough, make small balls with the dough and roll them into thin sheets. Soak soya chunks for 1 hour in warm water, grind them coarsely. Add 2 tbsp vegetable oil in hot pan add garlic fry it till golden brown add capsicum and carrot fry till vegetables becomes soft. Add ground soya chunks followed by salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, soya sauce and fry the mixture well. Fill the khakhra sheets and roll them like momos, steam the momos for 20 minutes. Serve the healthy and delicious khakhra momos with a glass of boiled hibiscus water with chia seeds. And enjoy!!
