Protein Burst Multigrain Momos by Ms Nifat Shaikh & Ms Sofiya Shaikh from Smt. Maniben M.P. Shah Women’s College of Arts and Commerce

Ingredients
Wheat Flour
Rice Flour
Oil
Carrot
Onion
Soya kheema
Ragi Flour
Gram Flour
Water
Capsicum
Coriander
French Beans

 Serving Size: 2 

Method of preparation:

For Stuffing- Wash & chop all the vegetables, Soak the soya kheema in water for 15 mins, Take oil in pan add onion, heat and saute, add kheema & add vegetables

Add chopped vegetables drain the water from the soya kheema & add it to the vegetable, Add salt, pepper powder & ½ scoop of protein sample. Mix well and cook for 5 min

For momos- Mix all flours together and ½ scoop of protein sample, take equal amount of water as the flour, mix in a bowl, add ½ tsp of oil & add a pinch of salt. Let the water boil & add the flour & mix it all. Let it cool then knead the dough well break into equal size balls. Steam the momos by placing a colander on hot boiling water and covering it
