Ingredients                            Amount
Oats (gluten free) 35g
Desiccated coconut 15g
Honey 10g
Protein Powder ½ tbsp.
Peanut Butter 10g
Sugar free chocolates 20g
Chia seeds 5g

 

Cinnamon powder A pinch

Method

  • Take peanut butter, add desiccated coconut in it, add slowly so that lumps should not develop. Now, add chia seeds, honey, protein powder, cinnamon powder & mix.
  • Add gluten free oats into the mixture & make it like dough.
  • Divide this dough in balls & trace in sillion moulds to get tart like shapes.
  • Now bake these tart shaped mould in oven for 10 mins at 140 degree till light brown in colour & let it cool at room temperature
  • Take round shaped oats dip it undermelted sugar free chocolate & place it under silicon chocolate mould put it in refrigerator for 15-18 mins.
  • Put the chocolate(stuffed inside oats mixture) into oats whichh are tart shaped, Add sugarfree melted chocolate silicon mould so that it develop tart like shape, keep it in refrigerator for 15-18 mins, Then put a ball of oats & protein powder mixture in chocolate shape tart & enclose it with melted chocolate, Garnish it with oats & chocolate sauce.
