Guacamole Tortilla

Guacamole Tortilla by MrSubodh from Ramaiah College, Bangalore

Ingredients (For 2 Servings) Amount
Wheat Flour 50g
Salt A pinch
Avocado 70g
Red pepper 15g
Maize Four 50g
Protein powder 15g
Sesame seeds 10g
Yellow pepper 15g
Lime juicex 15g
Cilantro Few

Method of Preparation:

  1. For Tortillas: In a bowl combine flour and salt and stir in water and oil, Turn onto a floured surface, knead 10-12 times and make a smooth dough, Divide dough into eight portions, Roll each portion into a 7 inch circle. Cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned on each side.
  2. For Guacamole:In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt, mix cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hr for best flavor or serve immediately. Fill the tortilla with guacamole and season it, Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro
