Tomato puree |

Onion puree |
½ katori |
Capsicum |
¼ katori |
Paneer or Tofu |
¼ katori |
Ginger garlic paste, Oil, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt and chat masala |

Time required for preparation: 15-20 minutes
Method of Preparation:

Soak 1 Katori soya chunks in water.

Add tomato, onion puree, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt in pan add 1 Katori water into it. Cook soaked soya chunks in it for 5-6 mins. After cooking fry them in oil or shallow fry.

Chop capsicum in small cubes & shallow fry it with chat masala lemon juice & salt.

Cut paneer into cubes & grill them on non-stick pan without oil.

Arrange them in line using toothpick and serve.
