Ingredients (for 2 servings)


Soya Chunks

1 katori

Tomato puree

1 katori

Onion puree

½ katori


¼ katori

Paneer or Tofu

¼ katori

Ginger garlic paste, Oil, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt and chat masala

As required

 Time required for preparation: 15-20 minutes

 Method of Preparation:

  1. Soak 1 Katori soya chunks in water.

  2. Add tomato, onion puree, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt in pan add 1 Katori water into it. Cook soaked soya chunks in it for 5-6 mins. After cooking fry them in oil or shallow fry.

  3. Chop capsicum in small cubes & shallow fry it with chat masala lemon juice & salt.

  4. Cut paneer into cubes & grill them on non-stick pan without oil.

  5. Arrange them in line using toothpick and serve.
