Guacamole Tortilla by MrSubodh from Ramaiah College, Bangalore
| Ingredients (For 2 Servings) | Amount |
| Wheat Flour | 50g |
| Salt | A pinch |
| Avocado | 70g |
| Red pepper | 15g |
| Maize Four | 50g |
| Protein powder | 15g |
| Sesame seeds | 10g |
| Yellow pepper | 15g |
| Lime juicex | 15g |
| Cilantro | Few |
Method of Preparation:
- For Tortillas: In a bowl combine flour and salt and stir in water and oil, Turn onto a floured surface, knead 10-12 times and make a smooth dough, Divide dough into eight portions, Roll each portion into a 7 inch circle. Cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned on each side.
- For Guacamole:In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and salt, mix cilantro, tomatoes and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper. Refrigerate 1 hr for best flavor or serve immediately. Fill the tortilla with guacamole and season it, Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro
