Method of Preparation:
1.Cut all the fruits into medium size and cook till soften in a pan, mash them
completely, once it gives a thick consistency cook it with jaggery on slow flame,
when the mixture starts to turn transparent and sticks to spoon add lemon juice and
fiber supplement. When the mixture becomes thick turn off the flame and let it cool.
2.Take ragi flour, gram flour, peanut and add dried dill leaves, drumstick leaves, fiber
supplement and sieve it once. Add cold butter and jaggery powder and make a dough.
Take some dough and give them tikki shape and bake it at 160 degree for 15 minutes.
Apply the jam in between two biscuits and serve.
