Method
- Green Gram Whole flour preparation: Soak whole moong dal overnight, Then soaked moong dal spread into a dehydrator tray for 1 hr 30 min at 160°C. Now remove outer peel from dehydrated dal and grind it into a fine flour.
- Method of Biscuit Dough:Sieve flour, dal flour and baking powder together. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add flour to above mixture and add cranberry’s and make a dough. Roll out the dough on floured board into ¼ thicknesses. Cut into biscuits with cutter. Placed on a greased baking tray and bake in a moderate oven at 160 d C for about 15-20 mins. Remove and cool on a wire rack before serving.
